Book an initial 15 minute consultation first so we can:

discuss your handstand dreams

see if we're a good fit for each other
Then what happens?:

After your consultation, you will receive an assessment questionnaire and within 7 days you will receive a link to your program (whoop!)

Via your program link you can provide feedback, insight and self reflection that will allow me to tweak your plan. It takes time to learn your preferences, likes and movement idiosyncrasies, so your plan will develop as I become more familiar with your movement.

Every 2 weeks you will send me videos of selected exercises for coaching feedback to ensure ongoing progress.
Packages:
1. For £75 a month: program with weekly coaching feedback for the first month, bi-weekly thereafter - minimum 2 months initial commitment to ensure progress.
2. For £50 - after initial 2 months option if you are confident and need less support you can reduce to once a month feedback and program updates.
3. For £30 - 1 hour online coaching session
